Any engagement for on-site work is subject to a separate Agreement that defines scope, specifications, timeline, pricing, payment terms, warranties and other project-specific conditions. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed Agreement, the Agreement prevails for that project.

Contact form submissions, emails and phone enquiries do not create a binding contract. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries but do not guarantee response times or availability of capacity for every project.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, layout and design — is owned by Brionta Projects Kft. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only.

Materials you provide to us (plans, photos, specifications, brand assets) remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to use such materials solely to evaluate, quote and perform agreed Services. Ownership of deliverables created under an Agreement is governed by that Agreement.

7. Third parties

Construction projects may involve subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers or platform services (e.g. mapping embeds). Their work is subject to their own terms and professional obligations. We select partners carefully but are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our Website.

While we aim to keep Website content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that descriptions, images or timelines reflect current availability, pricing or regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction. Project outcomes depend on site conditions, approvals, materials and other factors outside our control.
