Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where you tick the privacy-policy checkbox on our contact forms or otherwise give clear consent.
Security and fraud prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our website, infrastructure and users).

6. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

Contact form enquiries — up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a longer period is required for an active or potential contract.
Contract and project records — for the duration of the project and thereafter as required by Hungarian accounting, tax and construction-related legal obligations (typically up to 8 years where applicable).
Server logs — generally up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigations.
Essential cookies — for the duration of the session or as specified by the cookie itself.

When retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised where possible.

7. Recipients and processors

We may share personal data with trusted third parties who process data on our behalf or as necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries, including:

Providing name, email and phone number via our contact forms is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to contact you regarding your project.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
